We’re James and Meg and we’re the Personal Trainers behind T4 Fitness. Our personal training service has proven so successful and popular, that we’ve quickly established ourselves as the go-to personal trainers in Surrey. 

We’ve had the privilege of working with over 100 clients from a wide variety of backgrounds, all with unique requirements and personal goals. Personal training with T4 Fitness couldn’t be easier! Simply contact us using the form on this page or by emailing us at email@t4fitness.co.uk. Upon completing our consultation form, we’ll arrange your first session which will allow us to assess your current fitness levels and lifestyle. We’ll then take our notes and create you a 4 week personal training plan completely tailored to you! We’ll meet with you 1-3 times a week (depending on the package you buy) to ensure your stay continuously motivated to achieve the results you want.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re a complete beginner or more advanced, all your training and nutritional protocals will be personalised to you. We won’t ever ask you to do something you’re not capable of or confident doing.
Whatever is most convenient for you. We think training in the gym lacks the personal touch so we travel to our clients and deliver sessions in local park, workplace or from the comfort of their own home! No gym? No problem!

Absolutlely! After your first session, we’ll create you a 4 week exercise and nutritional plan that you follow between the sessions with us. Your workouts will be laid out step by step along with recipes, meal ideas, shopping lists and much more! Your plan will be changed every 4 weeks to ensure your routine is kept fun and fresh!
